What login/password do I need to log in to my support portal?
You will need to create a login and password the first time you signup within your Ascend support portal. If a ticket has already been created on your behalf through Zendesk or Intercom, you should have an email to set a password. If there are any issues, feel free to reach out to the Ascend support team.
Do you support any SSO options for the support portal?
Currently, we do not have SSO options available for the support portal.
