Accessing your Ascend Support Portal

To log into you support portal, go to support.ascend.io (chances are, if you are reading this, you are already logged in!). 

In your portal you'll see:

1. A search bar to search through Ascend Knowledge Base articles 
2. Tabs for Knowledge Base categories you can browse through
3. The option to submit a Support Request
