Viewing Open Tickets
To view open tickets, click on your profile in the top right corner of the Help Center and click Requests.
From there, you will see a view of all support requests you have submitted.
You can also view all tickets for your organizations under Organizational Requests.
Responding to tickets
Regardless of the source of the ticket (whether it is from Slack, Intercom, or through your support portal) you can respond to any ticket directly from the support portal. Any messages sent through the support portal will be reflected in the associated Slack thread or Intercom conversation.
